It’s fairly common to feel like you’re going crazy in the days, weeks, months, or even years after someone you care about dies. Join us to learn why it’s totally normal to feel like you’re going crazy after someone dies and how to get through it.
This program will include a half hour presentation on the topic and a half hour of discussion. Participants are invited to bring their lunch. The program is for ages 18 and older and is appropriate for anyone grieving a death (does not have to be hospice related) or interested in more information on the topic. Pre-registration is optional. Sessions presented by Brecka Putnam, LMSW, HCCH Bereavement Coordinator. Attendees are welcome to participate in as many or as few sessions as desired. This program is free and open to the public.
