We want to keep our community informed as much as possible. Please know that at Regional Health Services we are diligently monitoring the COVID-19 situation.

COVID-19 VACCINES

 

Regional Health Services offers COVID-19 vaccinations for all ages through scheduled Walk-in Vaccine Clinics. No appointment is needed during these vaccine clinic times.  This includes first doses or booster vaccinations for those eligible.

  • Pfizer is available for both children and adults.
    • Pediatric Pfizer is available for those 6 months-11 years.
    • Adult Pfizer is available for those 12+.
  • Moderna is available to anyone 18 and older.
  • J&J is available to anyone 18 and older.

COVID-19 VACCINE FAQ INFORMATION:

General Information:

 


PATIENT AND VISITOR INFORMATION:

  • All persons are required to wear a surgical mask when in our facilities. If you do not have one, we will provide one for you at the entrance.
  • All people will be screened at check-in.
  • PLEASE CALL before presenting at the clinic if you have a fever and/or respiratory symptoms.

We are now scheduling telehealth video visits for a variety of clinic appointments! Call 563-547-2022 to schedule or to learn more. 


VISITOR RESTRICTIONS:

Areas including MedSurg, SDS/Surgery, OP Services (Clinic, Rehab, Lab, Radiology, etc.):

  • No limit of number of visitors at a time or per day.
  • Visitors must be 5 or older.
  • Visitors must pass the screening and follow masking guidelines.
  • No visitors for patients with COVID-19.
  • If the patient is awaiting results of a COVID-19 test, no visitors until test results have come back negative.
  • Exceptions are at provider discretion.

 

Emergency Department and Obstetric Department:

  • No limit of number of visitors at a time or per day.
  • Visitors must be 12 or older.
  • Visitors must pass the screening and follow masking guidelines.
  • No visitors for patients with COVID-19.
  • If the patient is awaiting results of a COVID-19 test, no visitors until test results come back negative.
  • Exceptions are at provider discretion.
  • Extra visitors are allowed to wait in front lobby.

 

Screening Process

Visitors need to check in and be screened by volunteers or registration staff and get a “screened” sticker with the date. Questions asked at screening include:

  1. Any fever, respiratory, or COVID-19 symptoms?
  2. Any known exposure to COVID-19?
  3. Are you currently supposed to be in isolation or quarantine due to COVID-19 test result or exposure?
