As the final step of our new affiliation of Avera Health, we are currently transitioning our electronic medical system to better support your care. The new system will consolidate all of your information into one record, improving our ability to store and share your medical history with your RHSHC care team. This system will also offer new patient benefits such as an online portal where you can see your upcoming appointments, lab results, message your care team, and more.
With the implementation of the new electronic medical record, beginning April 1, 2022, all patients will need to bring their insurance card, driver’s license, and medication bottles to their next appointment at RHSHC. Although we may already have this information on file, we need it to verify your information is accurate. We will also be adding email addresses to our patient records to better care for you. Please be prepared with this information if applicable.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience with our staff as we work through this transition. We are excited to implement this new technology to better serve our patients and community.
