Welcome Nicole Quandahl, ARNP, to the RHSHC Provider Team!
Regional Health Services of Howard County is proud to welcome Nicole Quandahl, ARNP, to our team of dedicated healthcare providers. Nicole will be seeing patients at both our Cresco and LeRoy Clinics.
Nicole brings a broad and diverse nursing background, along with a deep commitment to community-based care. She began her nursing journey at Northeast Community College, earning her associate degree in nursing, and later completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing through Western Governors University. Her career has included a variety of nursing roles, with a strong passion for emergency medicine, including several years in the RHSHC Emergency Department.
Motivated by her experiences in rural healthcare and inspired by her colleagues, Nicole pursued advanced practice nursing and earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Purdue University Global in July 2025. She completed clinical rotations with both Emplify and RHSHC, strengthening her connection to the local healthcare community.
Nicole lives in Decorah, Iowa, with her husband and their son. She is passionate about serving the people of Howard County and surrounding areas as a dedicated, compassionate, and community-focused provider.
