Bethany Sage, PMHNP

Bethany Sage is a board-certified PMHNP with over 15 years of experience in mental health care. Bethany grew up on the Mississippi River in southern Iowa and currently resides in Illinois with her husband. She will be providing a hybrid of services including telemedicine and in-clinic visits. Bethany’s passion is helping others by providing compassionate and comprehensive mental health services to all ages. These services include individualized treatment plans to provide unique care tailored to a person’s specific needs and goals to manage their own mental health.

Bethany has spent the last 15 years working in a variety of mental health settings advocating for and providing patient centered care, specializing in community mental health. Bethany has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Western Illinois University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Methodist College of Nursing, a Master of Nursing from Wilkes University, and board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurses Practitioner across the lifespan from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
