Nicole Quandahl, ARNP

Nicole Quandahl is excited to join Regional Health Services of Howard County (RHSHC) as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, serving patients in the Cresco Clinic.

Nicole brings a diverse nursing background and a strong commitment to community-based care. She began her nursing education at Northeast Community College, earning her associate degree in nursing, and later completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing through Western Governors University. Over the years, she has served in various nursing roles, with a special passion for emergency medicine, spending several years in the Emergency Department at RHSHC.

Inspired by her colleagues and her experience in rural healthcare, Nicole pursued advanced nursing practice and earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Purdue University Global in July 2025. She completed clinical rotations with both Emplify and RHSHC, further deepening her connection to the local healthcare community.

Nicole resides in Decorah, Iowa with her husband and their son. She is passionate about continuing to serve the people of Howard County and surrounding areas as a dedicated and compassionate healthcare provider.

Nicole will be offering a range of services, including primary care, wound care, and dermatology.
