Tracey Jean Schlangen, ARNP

Tracey Schlangen is an advanced registered nurse practitioner of family practice who joined the medical staff of RHSHC in May of 2014. Tracey was born and raised in Cresco and has three children. She is excited about providing health care to members of her hometown.

Her nursing experience was in long-term care and in management as a Director of Nursing. She completed her undergraduate nursing program at Northeast Iowa Community College in Calmar and her BSN and MSN degrees at Allen College in Waterloo, Iowa. While she enjoys caring for patients of all ages, her passion is caring for geriatric patients. She has also obtained further certifications as a Certified Dementia Care Specialist, as well as a Gerontological Specialist since becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Tracey looks forward to seeing the entire spectrum of patients that family medicine has to offer and sees patients at both the Cresco and Lime Springs Medical Clinics and at the local long-term care facilities.
