Her passion is counseling people of all ages, from all walks of life on mental health or substance abuse issues.
Robin Schluter, CEO of RHSHC stated, “Hiring Dee Hosek, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, is an additional step for service expansion at RHSHC as a result of the community needs assessment that was done in 2014. One of the needs identified from that survey was for increased mental health services. We are very pleased to bring a trusted and familiar face back to the community to help us serve those who need mental health and substance abuse counseling.”

Aging brings many joys: grandchildren, more free time in retirement, and wisdom gained over the decades. But at the same time, our older years can also bring the loss of loved ones, stresses of age-related health concerns, or diminished self-esteem. Regional Health Services of Howard County is offering a new program with a focus on seniors. Senior Life Solutions assists older adults (over the age of 65) in developing life skills that help them cope with the challenges of aging.
