Aging brings many joys:  grandchildren, more free time in retirement, and wisdom gained over the decades.  But at the same time, our older years can also bring the loss of loved ones, stresses of age-related health concerns, or diminished self-esteem.  Regional Health Services of Howard County offers a program with a focus on seniors.  Senior Life Solutions assists older adults (over the age of 65) in developing life skills that help them cope with the challenges of aging.
